*As most pieces are handmade to order no two pieces are identical making each one unique and one of a kind. Your order will be very similar to but not exactly the same as the photo.
PAYMENT
Payment at time of purchase is required unless you request other arrangements.
Payments can be sent through Paypal, made by personal cheque, or by visa/MC over the phone.
All fees and items are listed on Ragged Designs website are in Canadian Dollars.
Currency conversion is handled automatically by the payment processing service.
SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped out within 1 -3 business days after receiving payment.
***Shipping within Canada usually takes within 2- 5 business days. Most items are shipped as oversize lettermail. If the item is over $79 in value or thicker than the allowed 20mm, then xpedited parcel or xpresspost will be used.
Shipping cost to the U.S.
Items are sent as light packet, but if the item is over $79 in value or thicker than the allowed 20mm, then a different mail service will be used which includes insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.
Please note that shipping to the US can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days.
Shipping cost for all other International (not including U.S.):
Items will be sent as a light packet. If the item is over $79 in value or thicker, small packet air mail will be used. Please note even air mail may take up to 14 days for some areas.
All shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
Once your item has been sent, it is no longer the responsibility of Ragged Designs.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued should an item not be true to size/description as listed. Ragged Designs must be notified within 2 days of receipt.
An exchange can be made as long as an e-mail is sent as soon as you receive your item and state the problem. The item will need to be returned right away unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider insuring your item before shipping.
Your return will grant you a credit of the items total amount (excluding shipping) and used towards a future purchase within 6 months of your return.
